Spa Policies
Arrival
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows for time to complete a client profile to prepare for your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Treatments you select are reserved especially for you. We ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for cancelation of services.
Late Arrival
All spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible.
Massage and Body Treatments
Consult the therapist directly about style and depth of pressure.
You must be 18 years or older to receive massage treatments.
Cleanliness
In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.
Payment
We accept most major credit cards.
Gift Certificates (See also Terms & Conditions)*
If you are a recipient of a donated or auctioned Gift Certificate, please give our receptionist the certificate number to book your appointment. In the case of Donation certificates -- expiration dates may not be changed or extended.
Walk-In Policy
At Simply Bliss, we welcome walk-in clients, however, we recommend scheduling an appointment to insure time availability for your desired spa service.
Please notify our Spa Consultant before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, to determine the best course of action for the services you desire.
___Onsite Wedding Party Bookings_____________________________________________________________
We can come to you on your special day! If you would like to book a Wedding party, to be done onsite, we require a $50 reservation fee at the time of booking. Wedding Hair and makeup services done onsite will have a slightly higher rate to cover costs of travel etc. The $50 reservation fee will be deducted from your remaining balance when services are rendered.

Adult Spa Parties
For adult spa party services, a minimum of 4 guests are required at a $100.00 minimum per person. You may choose any combination of spa services and any combination of service lengths.
The adult party guest list and service selections must be made no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled event.
Gratuity
Is not included in any spa service but is greatly appreciated!
